Wasn't sure a ramp would make much difference, but the lift it gives really does change the angle for deeper access. The surface has enough grip that I'm not sliding around mid-scene, which was my main worry. Ended up using it way more often than I expected.

The angle this thing holds is no joke, and my hips stayed supported the whole time instead of sinking into the mattress like with a stacked pillow setup. It's firm enough to actually stay put, which was my main worry before buying.

Finally, a ramp that actually holds my hips at that perfect angle without sliding around mid-session. The lift makes access so much easier, and the firmness feels supportive but still comfortable against my knees.
