Daniel ★★★★★

I started with the lightest balls and worked up over a couple weeks, and the difference in control during sex is honestly noticeable. The silicone is smooth and easy to clean, and wearing them around the house while doing chores made the whole thing feel less like a chore.

Abigail ★★★★★

The six different weights make it easy to actually progress instead of guessing when to move up. I wear the medium one during my morning errands and barely feel it, which is exactly the point. Noticeably stronger pelvic floor after about three weeks.

Samuel ★★★★★

I started with the lightest ball and moved up over a few weeks, and the difference is noticeable. The silicone feels smooth going in, and having six gradual weight options means I never had to jump too fast.
