Didn't think a couple of pads would make much difference, but they really do stop the pillow from sliding around. I just pressed them on and everything stays put now, so I'm not constantly readjusting mid-use.

Riley O. ★★★★★

I was skeptical these would actually make a difference, but the wedges stay put now instead of sliding around mid-use. Placement matters more than I expected though — once I lined them up right, zero shifting.

Andrew P. ★★★★★

I was skeptical they’d make much difference, but the textured grip really locks the pillow in place mid-session. No more scrambling to readjust every few minutes—stays put even on a smooth sheet set.
