Aira

I was skeptical about an inflatable one, but being able to adjust the size from the app honestly changed my whole routine. Twenty minutes of kegels actually goes by fast now.

The inflatable design makes a huge difference for me since I can adjust the pressure depending on the day. Pairing it with the app turned a chore into something I actually do consistently.

I didn't expect to actually look forward to these exercises, but the inflatable design makes the squeeze feel way more targeted than plain kegel balls. Adjusting the intensity mid-session keeps me from getting bored, and I've been consistent for three weeks now.
