The pulse wave setting is completely different from regular vibration, it's more of a deep throb that builds slowly instead of buzzing on the surface. Took me a minute to figure out the angle but once I did, wow.
The curve actually reaches where it's supposed to, which I didn't expect at this price. I've been using it on the lower intensity for longer sessions and the handle stays comfortable the whole time. Charging is quick too.
